This includes a spacious outdoor lounge, a private stainless steel infinity pool, a covered jacuzzi, and a Finnish sauna for your exclusive use. Upstairs, you'll find a generously sized and well-equipped kitchen with a dining table and a sunny breakfast terrace. The kitchen also provides access to the bedroom with an en-suite shower room. A guest toilet is located next to the small cloakroom in the entrance area. Downstairs, a spacious and cozy living room awaits you, along with a wellness area featuring a Finnish sauna and relaxation room. From the Finnish sauna, you can enjoy panoramic views of the private garden. Upstairs, a panoramic window offers a view of the private garden. Outside, you'll find a year-round heated and covered jacuzzi, perfect for a relaxing water massage. Private pool: Heated from May to September Suitable as a plunge pool after a sauna session from October to April. The property is fully fenced and pet-friendly. Non-smoking house.
